Registration

Registrations are now full for in person attendance but there is still the opportunity to register for the live stream.

If you would like to be added to a waiting list for an in person place, please email alex@hartleytaylor.co.uk

Registration for this meeting is free of charge.

While completing the online registration form, you will be able to indicate whether you prefer to attend in person or watch online.

If you are attending the meeting IN PERSON and want to bring a family member or friend with you, please make sure that you complete a separate registration for that person. As places are limited, accompanying family members/friends are limited to one per patient.

Those attending in person will also be able to select which of the breakout groups they want to attend. The breakout groups will not be available to those watching online.
