Registration fees for healthcare professionals working within the NHS:

Early Bird Registration – until 24 September
Consultant: £70 + VAT (£84)
Resident Doctor, Nurse, AHP: £60 + VAT (£72)

Standard Registration – from 25 September
Consultant: £90 + VAT (£108)
Resident Doctor, Nurse, AHP: £70 + VAT (£84)

Late Registration – from 23 October
Consultant: £120 + VAT (£144)
Resident Doctor, Nurse, AHP: £90 + VAT (£108)

All sponsors have provided sponsorship towards this independent programme. Sponsors have had no input into the content of the programme or the choice of speakers and have provided sponsorship monies used towards the meeting costs. Sponsors will have the opportunity to exhibit with a company stand during the meeting.
