If you have registered to join the GVHD Academy webinar, you will receive an email with a Teams link from Alex – alex@collaborativeconferences.co.uk – in advance of the day.

The link will take you to a Teams page, where you will need to register by entering your name, surname and email address, as well as accept the Microsoft T&Cs.

Once this has been done, you can submit your registration information for approval. You should automatically receive a registration request email.
If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam/junk email folders.

Please complete your Teams registration request as soon as possible after receiving the link from Alex.
Approvals for anyone who has completed their registration by 14.00 on Wednesday 29th April will be approved in advance of the webinar, which starts at 16.30.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive an invitation to join the webinar so please keep an eye out for this on or before 29th April.

Registrations which are submitted for approval after 14.00 on 29th April are likely to result in a delay in approval, and therefore a delay in you being able to join the webinar.

The Teams webinar will open at 16.30 on 29^th April, with the first talk commencing at 17.00.
Admissions will start at 16.30 and anyone waiting in the lobby will be admitted as soon as possible after this time.
Please bear with us if you aren’t admitted instantly as this needs to be done manually and could therefore take a few minutes.
