Supported Devices and Browsers
It is highly recommended that you use a laptop or desktop computer running either Windows 10 or MacOS and not a mobile device.
You will need to join the event using one of the supported browsers below – Google Chrome is the best and is recommended where possible:
Windows PC or Laptop: CHROME or MICROSOFT EDGE
Mac: CHROME, SAFARI or MICROSOFT EDGE
Internet Explorer is NOT supported and will not work with the platform.
Please make sure that your browser is up-to-date and that any other programmes that might be trying to use your camera and microphone (Zoom, Teams etc.) are closed.
In advance of joining the event, please make sure that your camera, microphone, speakers and firewalls are working correctly and will allow you to access the platform.

Some NHS Trust firewalls may block access to the platform. If this is the case, we hope that your IT team can resolve the issue for you or that you can join from a personal computer. Please let us know as soon as possible if this means that you need to use a different email address to the one used for your registration.

You will only be able to join if you are registered. If you receive a message to say that you aren’t on the list, please try again closer to the meeting as it is likely that your email hasn’t yet been loaded – when this is done will depend on the timing of your registration. Registrations completed in the 24 hours leading up to any event are unlikely to be loaded until just before the meeting starts.

Feedback & CPD:
Following the event, please keep an eye out for an email with a link to the feedback survey. It would be much appreciated if you spare a few minutes to let us know your thoughts as this will be very useful for future events.
CPD certificates will be provided by email within a week of the event.
It is very important that you click the QUIT EVENT button to leave the meeting. The platform will only record your attendance if you do this and we need this proof of attendance in order to issue your CPD certificate.
